      The Zephyr Haus Difference

      Zephyr Haus was founded on the idea that there had to be an easier way for people to interact and engage with marketing professionals. Especially for those who were taking a risk on building a business or brand from the ground up. After all, the last thing an already bootstrapped startup needs is a poor investment in a half-baked marketing strategy.

      Over the course of 15 years in the industry, I’d seen firsthand what bad strategy and outdated (or downright questionable) marketing tactics could do to the dreams and aspirations of so many businesses and brands. Looking back now, many of these brands were positioned for great things but unfortunately fell victim to a myriad of factors, lack of direction and marketing expertise being a few of the defining characteristics. 

      Despite what you might’ve heard, there is no set formula for successfully marketing a product, business, or brand. There are no one-sized-fits-all cheat sheets, templates, gurus, or sales funnels. If someone is telling you otherwise, you should be extremely cautious. 

      That being said, there are numerous opportunities to capitalize on great marketing strategy and brand positioning if you know what you’re looking for, or more importantly, if you have the right resources. 

      That’s where Zephyr Haus comes in.

      Our years of experience working with fashion, apparel, and lifestyle brands has taught us many things. First and foremost, if you don’t understand your customer, you’re missing the whole point. Our approach is and always will be customer-centric. Know your customer. Know what they want, know what they need, know why they need it, know when they need it, and know when they’ll be coming back for more of it. 

      Taking all of those points into account, you’ll be able to more effectively (and efficiently) market your brand or product offering to a defined customer segment.
